The Filmmaker
Émanuèle Lapierre-Fortin is an alumni of International Development Studies Co-op and Economics at the University of Toronto at Scarborough now working in employment creation for new comers in Toronto.
She lived in Bobo-Dioulasso, Burkina Faso, from September 2006 to June 2007. She worked in Support to Management and Monitoring & Evaluation of Income-Generating Activities for HIV-AIDS affected/infected people with the Canadian volunteer program Uniterra.
